30 days of change – half time

Today was day 15 of 30, meaning that the first half of the program is done! At the moment my back muscles hurt, but everything else is alright. I did not lose any weight so far, but it seems that I became stronger. I’m excited to compare the results at the end of day 30 with my body-version when I started.

The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow.
